A day to Celebrate
It is a day to celebrate the entry of a precious new life into the world. I am a doula and I had the privilege of being a doula for my friend and sister-witch who just gave birth to a wonderful baby girl this morning. It was a long labor and she was a week and four days overdue but she did so well and was so strong throughout. I am proud of her and again amazed as I always am at the miracle and wonder of watching a woman's body open up like a flower to bring forth a little soul.
Blessings to everyone.
Can't sleep! Does anyone want to tickle my back?
So I am up on my computer muddling about because I can't sleep. There are many reasons for this that I will spare you the details on. Let's just say last night or should I say the night before last considering the time, was much better than this night!!!! I wanted to let people here know about a site called Care2.com. I am a member of that site and it is a good place if you want to make a little bit of a difference in this world which doesn't seem like a very safe world at times as we all realize when we hear of tragedies! I hope all little witches are tucked safely in their beds. I know mine are. Tha mi sgith. (means 'I am tired' in Gaelic)
Feasgar math.
Blessed Be,

My Great Night!!!!
As I sit here today I look back on last night. I got my first degree in my coven!!!!! I am so happy to have reached this point and now will embark on my second degree. My High Priestess performed a wonderful ritual for me and it was very special. I got my Wiccan name which I will in the coming days and months figure out why it is meant to be my name. That will be a path of discovery in itself. Just wanted to share this news and how much it means to me. Blessings to all!!!! Mar sin leibh an drasda!!!!
